Welcome to INFINITY IT AGENCY . By visiting www.infinityitagency.com or buying any product or service from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1.1 About Us. INFINITY IT AGENCY is a digital product and services agency. We sell digital products (such as software, templates, themes, plugins, courses, e-books, graphics and accounts/licenses) and provide IT services (such as web design, development, and digital marketing).
1.2 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
1.3 Orders and Payment. All prices are shown in [BDT/USD] and may change without notice. An order is confirmed only after full payment is received and verified. We accept [bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, card, PayPal – edit as needed]. You must provide correct payment details. We may cancel any order suspected of fraud or payment error.
1.4 License and Use of Digital Products. When you buy a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it as described on the product page. Unless clearly stated otherwise, you may NOT:
- resell, redistribute, share, or sub-license the product;
- upload it to any marketplace, file-sharing site, or free download site;
- claim the product as your own work;
- use it for any illegal purpose.
Violation of the license may result in cancellation without refund and legal action.
1.5 Custom Services. For custom projects (website, app, design, marketing), the scope, price, timeline and payment milestones will be agreed in writing (message, email or quotation). Delays caused by late feedback, content, or payment from the client may extend the timeline. Work beyond the agreed scope may be charged extra.
1.6 Intellectual Property. All content on this website (logos, text, designs, code, images) belongs to INFINITY IT AGENCY or its licensors. For custom work, ownership transfers to the client only after full payment, except for third-party tools, fonts, or libraries, which stay under their own licenses.
1.7 User Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
1.8 Support. Support is provided by [email/WhatsApp/ticket] during [working hours]. Support covers installation help and product bugs only, not custom changes, unless stated on the product page.
1.9 Disclaimer. Products and services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose, or that they will bring any specific business result such as sales, ranking or traffic.
1.10 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
1.11 Third-Party Links and Services. Our website may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
1.12 Termination. We may suspend or terminate access to your account or services if you break these terms.
1.13 Changes to Terms. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
1.14 Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of jashore, Bangladesh.

ইনফিনিটি আইটি এজেন্সি (“আমরা”) -এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। [ওয়েবসাইট ইউআরএল] ব্যবহার করলে অথবা আমাদের কোনো পণ্য বা সেবা কিনলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। সম্মত না হলে অনুগ্রহ করে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
১.১ আমাদের সম্পর্কে। ইনফিনিটি আইটি এজেন্সি একটি ডিজিটাল পণ্য ও সেবা প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান। আমরা ডিজিটাল পণ্য (সফটওয়্যার, টেমপ্লেট, থিম, প্লাগইন, কোর্স, ই-বই, গ্রাফিক্স, লাইসেন্স/অ্যাকাউন্ট) বিক্রি করি এবং আইটি সেবা (ওয়েব ডিজাইন, ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং) দিই।
১.২ যোগ্যতা। অর্ডার করতে আপনার বয়স নূন্যতম ১৮ বছর হতে হবে, অথবা অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
১.৩ অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট। সকল মূল্য [টাকা/ডলার] -এ দেখানো হয় এবং পূর্বাভাস ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ ও যাচাই হওয়ার পরেই অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়। আমরা [বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার, কার্ড, পেপাল – প্রয়োজনমতো সম্পাদনা করুন] গ্রহণ করি। পেমেন্টের তথ্য সঠিক দিতে হবে। প্রতারণা বা পেমেন্ট ভুলের সন্দেহ হলে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারি।
১.৪ ডিজিটাল পণ্যের লাইসেন্স ও ব্যবহার। ডিজিটাল পণ্য কিনলে আপনি পণ্যের পেজে উল্লেখিত শর্তে ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া, অ-হস্তান্তরযোগ্য লাইসেন্স পান। স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যরকম না বলা থাকলে আপনি নিচের কাজগুলো করতে পারবেন না:
- পণ্য পুনঃবিক্রি, বিতরণ, শেয়ার বা সাব-লাইসেন্স দেওয়া;
- কোনো মার্কেটপ্লেস, ফাইল-শেয়ারিং বা ফ্রি ডাউনলোড সাইটে আপলোড করা;
- পণ্যটিকে নিজের তৈরি বলে দাবি করা;
- কোনো অবৈধ কাজে ব্যবহার করা।
লাইসেন্স লংঘন করলে রিফান্ড ছাড়াই অর্ডার বাতিল এবং আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
১.৫ কাস্টম সেবা। কাস্টম প্রজেক্টের (ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ, ডিজাইন, মার্কেটিং) কাজের পরিধি, মূল্য, সময়সীমা ও পেমেন্ট মাইলস্টোন লিখিতভাবে (মেসেজ, ইমেইল বা কোটেশন) নির্ধারিত হবে। ক্লায়েন্টের ফিডব্যাক, কন্টেন্ট বা পেমেন্টে দেরি হলে সময়সীমা বাড়তে পারে। নির্ধারিত পরিধির বাইরের কাজের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
১.৬ বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি। এই ওয়েবসাইটের সব কন্টেন্ট (লোগো, লেখা, ডিজাইন, কোড, ছবি) ইনফিনিটি আইটি এজেন্সি বা তার লাইসেন্সদাতাদের সম্পত্তি। কাস্টম কাজের মালিকানা সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পরেই ক্লায়েন্টকে হস্তান্তর করা হয়; তবে তৃতীয় পক্ষের টুল, ফন্ট ও লাইব্রেরি তাদের নিজস্ব লাইসেন্সের অধীনে থাকবে।
১.৭ ইউজার অ্যাকাউন্ট। আপনার লগইন তথ্য নিরাপদ রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব কার্যক্রমের দায়িত্ব আপনার।
১.৮ সাপোর্ট। [ইমেইল/হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ/টিকেট] মাধ্যমে [কাজের সময়] সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হয়। পণ্যের পেজে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকলে সাপোর্ট শুধু ইনস্টলেশন সহায়তা ও পণ্যের বাগ সমাধানের জন্য; কাস্টম পরিবর্তনের জন্য নয়।
১.৯ দায়মুক্তি (Disclaimer)। পণ্য ও সেবা “যেমন আছে তেমনভাবে” প্রদান করা হয়। আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতি দিই না যে সবকিছু সবসময় ত্রুটিমুক্ত থাকবে বা সব উদ্দেশ্যে উপযোগী হবে, অথবা বিক্রি, র্যাঙ্কিং বা ট্রাফিকের মতো কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ফলাফল দেবে।
১.১০ দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা। আইনে যতটুকু অনুমতি আছে, সেই পর্যন্ত আমাদের মোট দায়বদ্ধতা আপনি সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্য বা সেবার জন্য যে টাকা পরিশোধ করেছেন তার সমপরিমাণে সীমাবদ্ধ। মুনাফা বা ডাটা হারানোর মতো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
১.১১ তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিঙ্ক ও সেবা। ওয়েবসাইটে তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিঙ্ক বা টুল থাকতে পারে; তাদের কন্টেন্ট বা নীতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
১.১২ বাতিল। শর্ত ভঙ্গ করলে আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বা সেবা সাসপেন্ড বা বাতিল করতে পারি।
১.১৩ শর্ত পরিবর্তন। আমরা যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলীর পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা আপনার সম্মতি বলে গণ্য হবে।
১.১৪ প্রযোজ্য আইন। এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রিক বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। কোনো বিরোধ হলে [শহর], বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।
