4.1 Digital Products (instant or fast delivery). After payment is confirmed, digital products are delivered electronically through one or more of the following: download link on the order confirmation page, email to the address you gave at checkout, your account dashboard, or WhatsApp/Telegram/other messaging when needed.
4.2 Delivery Time.
- Automated products (files, templates, e-books): within [0-30 minutes] after payment verification;
- Manually delivered products (licenses, accounts, activation keys): within [1-24 hours];
- Manual payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer): delivery starts after we verify your Transaction ID, usually within [1-6 hours] during working hours.
4.3 Custom Services. Delivery time for web design, development, marketing and other projects is stated in your agreed quotation or order. Work is delivered through a live/staging link, file transfer, or cloud storage, and final files are handed over after full payment.
4.4 Please Check. Provide a correct email address and phone number. Check your spam/junk folder. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong information, payment problems, or your email provider.
4.5 Delays. In rare cases (server problems, holidays, high demand, payment verification) delivery may be delayed. We will inform you and resolve it as quickly as possible.
4.6 Not Received? Contact [email] or [phone/WhatsApp] with your order number. If we cannot deliver the product, you are eligible for a full refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
4.7 Download Limits. Download links may expire or be limited to [X] downloads or [X] days. Please save your files safely after download. Re-delivery requests may be handled at our discretion.
4.8 No Physical Shipping. We do not ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.

৪.১ ডিজিটাল পণ্য (তাৎক্ষণিক বা দ্রুত ডেলিভারি)। পেমেন্ট কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ডিজিটাল পণ্য ইলেকট্রনিকভাবে পাঠানো হয়: অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন পেজের ডাউনলোড লিঙ্ক, চেকআউটে দেওয়া ইমেইল, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ড্যাশবোর্ড, অথবা প্রয়োজনে হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ/টেলিগ্রামের মাধ্যমে।
৪.২ ডেলিভারির সময়।
- স্বয়ংক্রিয় পণ্য (ফাইল, টেমপ্লেট, ই-বই): পেমেন্ট যাচাইয়ের পর [০-৩০ মিনিট]ের মধ্যে;
- ম্যানুয়ালি ডেলিভারি (লাইসেন্স, অ্যাকাউন্ট, অ্যাক্টিভেশন কী): [১-২৪ ঘন্টা]র মধ্যে;
- ম্যানুয়াল পেমেন্ট (বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার): আপনার ট্রানজ্যাকশন আইডি যাচাইয়ের পর ডেলিভারি শুরু হয়, সাধারণত কাজের সময়ে [১-৬ ঘন্টা]র মধ্যে।
৪.৩ কাস্টম সেবা। ওয়েব ডিজাইন, ডেভেলপমেন্ট, মার্কেটিং ইত্যাদি প্রজেক্টের ডেলিভারি সময় আপনার সম্মত কোটেশন বা অর্ডারে উল্লেখ থাকবে। কাজ লাইভ/স্টেজিং লিঙ্ক, ফাইল ট্রান্সফার বা ক্লাউড স্টোরেজের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় এবং চূড়ান্ত ফাইল সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর হস্তান্তর করা হয়।
৪.৪ অনুগ্রহ করে দেখে নিন। সঠিক ইমেইল ও ফোন নম্বর দিন। স্প্যাম/জাঙ্ক ফোল্ডার দেখুন। ভুল তথ্য, পেমেন্ট সমস্যা বা ইমেইল প্রভাইডারের সমস্যায় হওয়া দেরির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
৪.৫ দেরি। বিরল ক্ষেত্রে (সার্ভার সমস্যা, ছুটি, অতিরিক্ত চাহিদা, পেমেন্ট যাচাই) ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হতে পারে। আমরা আপনাকে জানাব এবং দ্রুত সমাধান করব।
৪.৬ পণ্য পাননি? অর্ডার নম্বরসহ [ইমেইল] অথবা [ফোন/হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ] -এ যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা ডেলিভারি দিতে না পারলে রিফান্ড নীতি অনুযায়ী আপনি পুরো টাকা ফেরত পাবেন।
৪.৭ ডাউনলোড সীমা। ডাউনলোড লিঙ্কের মেয়াদ শেষ হতে পারে অথবা [X] বার/[X] দিনে সীমিত থাকতে পারে। ডাউনলোডের পর ফাইল নিরাপদে সংরক্ষণ করুন। পুনরায় ডেলিভারির অনুরোধ আমাদের বিবেচনাসাপেক্ষ।
৪.৮ ফিজিক্যাল শিপিং নেই। আমরা কোনো বস্তগত পণ্য পাঠাই না, তাই কোনো শিপিং চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
